Wondering what is the cheapest way to get my KX250f and my sons KX65 down to the 94 decibels recommended ?

I bought a DB Dawg from royaldistributing for my RM-Z 450. It made a big difference but I never had it tested. I also purchased the optional spark arrestor which appeared to work well.
