can one ride limerick forest prior to the 'offical' opening date?....I suppose the opening date varies according to condition etc..I ask because I'm enrolled in the novice training ride scheduled April 28 and was hoping to ride a bit before hand....

Once the trails are closed for the spring thaw it's a no-ride zone. Usually re-opens mid May if the weather cooperates.

MX tracks or private land usually end up being the go to in early spring.
