Limerick Forest Open House is happening on Oct. 3 11a.m.-4 p.m. this year. This is a very family oriented event with lots to do with the kids including wagon rides, a raptor display and some interesting hiking (ONLY!) trails. Stop by for the free BBQ and say hello to Larry and Ken H. at the grand opening of the new Interpretive Centre at the same location as the old chalet; a beautiful new log structure. And a word to the wise: it might be a good idea to avoid a ride on our trail system in Limerick on Sunday if you are not 100% legal.
