Hi,

I have a 76csx Garmin and I use a 4GB card. It holds a lot of tracks and routes. I hear its best to have multiple cards for a few reasons. 1. easier to navigate for particular areas if you don't want the clutter on the screen. 2. if you are building a track and route library.

good call on checking Google or your manual. I know there are some size limitations with these devices. If 2GB is your limit the cards in that range are sometimes sold in pairs. Probably a good idea to have a few cards and keep some space opened for "explorer riding" when you need to enable tracks :)

for future reference i just loaded 2010 topo maps on a 2gb card.i think two cards would nearly everything.also the card is only 31% full but it will not allow any more maps.
