Please note that the primary gun season for deer this year runs Nov. 7 to Nov. 20 inclusive in all of Eastern Ontario. It is BMA policy (it's in the code of ethics) to stay out of the bush for this period and leave the hunters in peace. It might also be a good idea to avoid Nov. 5-6 also as hunters will be moving into their camps. Please observe these guidelines as most camps don't mind us going by the rest of the year but really don't want traffic for this short period. Irresponsible behavior only leads to land use issues; let's stay on good terms with the Bambi Busters.
