From the "Board index" page go to the bottom and click on the "General" section. (Board index ‹ BMA Members Only ‹ General)
Then the subject you are looking for should be on top of the list. (Minutes of the Dual Sport Meeting Feb. 25, 2010)

You have to be logged in to see the hidden section and perhaps some privileges need to be set by the administrator, I forget.

I don't see any of that (even though I am logged in)... and when I click the direct link you posted, I get:

"You are not authorized to read this forum."

You need to know the secret hand shake , Enter your OFTR number into your profile and then if you don't have access in a day or two send dschultz an email or PM to ask.
