I did it but it was not easy. They may have made some changes in the 3 or 4 years since I was there but If you don't like rocks don't go.

Steve - did not have the time, energy, or the camera! Next year for sure :D I'll take the camera and some energy bars!

Randy still hasen't posted his Sunday pics - the river crossing is a hoot 8)

I noticed something.....no photos of any 650's :)
I would love to go on the Algonquin trail ride but I don't think my bike is the right one for "most" of the terrain :wink:

Hey Scott - I did see an XR600 and a XR650R. Most of the ride is pretty straightforward, and a real hoot, but the bits that are gnarly will have you sweating on a heavier bike. Don't forget, our esteemed Director of Dual Sport, DR Terrance Suzuki, got his completely standard 650 around the loop a few years back, and didn't even break into a sweat :)

There should be some kind of special award (or therapy) for that!
