    Larose weekly rides

    Is anyone interested in joining a weekly Larose ride/training session? Similar to last year there's usually one night a week, we loop the three small sections or do all four sections, you can do 20 minutes, 3 hours, or as some put it we ride until somebody cries. If you haven't ridden there...

    Congrats to the BMA Cord finishers

    Congrats to the Corders(if I can say that). We had a great turn out for the club and quite a few trophy's went back to the Ottawa area. I definitely won't forget this experience, I can't believe some of those climbs! :shock: That Kenda Ibex was well worth the money I paid for it. Marty
