Lowering a DR-Z400S (a lot)

I'm looking for feedback from anyone that has lowered their DR-Z400S over 2 inches. I plan to create a mini adventure tour bike that may be lowered as much as 4 inches. I know this wont be a simple change the links and slide the forks up in the triples type modification. If you have had this done and can advise on any of the details or recommend a suspension shop to do this work please reply here, PM or email.

Call Thierry at Stadium Suspension...

He has successfully shortened a few bikes for me.... 1 to 1.5"
Worth a chat though as i know he has done many

lowering a DR 400 is relatively easy with a change of the linkage arms and the forks just need a small modification
