Don't need to use or mount the sprocket. Just need it to see if I have enough fore-aft adjustment room with a 48 tooth sprocket.
Went to a 52 tooth Dirt Tricks rear sprocket with a 14 tooth counter sprocket on my 2015 350 EXCF for my off-road setup.
I have a road wheel set that I occasionally use. Today it has the stock 45 tooth rear sprocket and there is too much slack in the chain at the rear of the swingarm. All I have in my shop is 50 and 52 tooth sprockets kicking around. I could slap a 50 tooth on there. But not the best ratio for the road. My abysmal math says a 48 tooth should work with my now non-stock chain length that accommodates the 14/52 setup. Before I order a 48 tooth, I'd like to just line it up and double check it'll work!
Thanks in advance.
