This race remind me of a guy who was always talking about the flow. I had a blast pulling his leg and telling him forget the flow dude just ride the wave...
If you want to see what XC races are about it's a good one to come watch.
There is a fairly big MX section so you can see the guys coming through often enough. If it's a rainy day then it is even more fun to watch, the track become clay which makes it very entertaining for spectators.
I believe we have about 10 BMA member racing so come and cheer for us...
