2010 volunteer request

The season has started (for some lucky people). It's time to put your name forward to help out. Below is a list of activities for which we need help. Please let me know what you would be willing to help with. Just ask if you need any further explanations. Any help as well as attending meetings counts towards your mandatory 4 BMA volunteer hours.

1a - Help organize the swap meet ASAP
1b - Sell motorcycle related items at the swap meet (Choose a time between 10 a.m.-1 p.m.)
1c - BBQ at the swap meet April 17
1d - Advertise the Swap Meet ASAP
1e - Clean up (Put tables away, take down tents, etc.)

2a - Help prepare a route for the Spring D-S Ride
2b - Pre-ride sections of the Spring D-S Ride and report on conditions
2c - Help with GPS file preparation and distribution for the Spring D-S Ride
2d - Coordinate BMA trail ride date, fees and start location with Spring D-S Ride
2e - Advertise for the D-S Spring ride
2f - Sweep

3a - Help prepare a route for the Calabogie Boogie
3b - Pre-ride sections of the Calabogie Boogie and report on conditions
3c - Call resorts in Calabogie to see if they'd be willing to make a deal for the BMA D-S riders
3d - Sweep

4a - Help prepare a route for the Fall D-S Ride
4b - Pre-ride sections of the Fall Ride and report on conditions
4c - Help with GPS file preparation and distribution for the Fall Ride
4d - Coordinate BMA D-S ride date, fees and start location with Fall trail ride
4e - Advertise for the D-S Fall Ride
4f - Sweep

5a - Help prepare a route for the Fall Charity Ride
5b - Pre-ride sections of the charity ride and report on conditions
5c - Help with GPS file preparation and distribution for the Fall Charity Ride
5d - Advertise for the Fall Charity Ride
5e - Sweep
